  1. You tell it which life domains matter most to you (career, relationships, etc.).

  2. You share a few past experiences that brought you true fulfillment.

  3. You list the activities, people, and environments that really energize you.

  4. ChatGPT then synthesizes all of this to identify your top 5-7 core values and gives you questions to help apply them daily.
